David Lyon, senior budget analyst at the Office of Financial Services, has been named Florida Tech’s Most Valuable Panther for January.
In announcing the award, the Office of Human Resources said:
“David guided every department on campus through the budget process this year. As Florida Tech is planning to move finance control into Workday, there are many moving parts, which has made the planning process tedious and confusing at times. David has been calm and helpful through it all. He has answered countless questions, some of them repeatedly. Getting the budget right is critical to the operation of the university and impacts us all.”
