Carolyn Lockyer Named MVP for March

Carolyn Lockyer, director of COES contracts, has been named Florida Tech’s Most Valuable Panther for March.

In announcing the award, the Office of Human Resources said:

Carolyn is resourceful and prompt, providing support to faculty and staff on grants and contracts. Carolyn patiently and thoroughly takes the time to explain how each funding agency operates, working quickly to identify answers and resources.  The support and level of service provided by Carolyn demonstrates her strong commitment to Students, Faculty, Staff, and Administration.”

The MVP program recognizes faculty and staff who embody both the university’s standards for innovation and excellence and offer quality of service to the campus at large and individual students. Nominees should demonstrate:

➢ An outstanding accomplishment that benefited the university
➢ Extraordinary service to customers
➢ Initiative/leadership
➢ Exemplary efforts to nurture a climate of care, concern and civility
➢ Creative innovations to service, process or work tools
