Feri Rassoul, assistant director of housing, has been named Florida Tech’s Most Valuable Panther for January.
In announcing the award, the Office of Human Resources said:
“Feri has been praised for her exemplary service given to both students and parents. She has received numerous Always Give 5 Star Service submissions from parents and students. Feri has been recognized for quality service among her peers and consistently goes above expectations in providing resolutions to student and parent concerns.”
The MVP program recognizes faculty and staff who embody both the university’s standards for innovation and excellence, and offer quality of service to the campus at large and individual students. Nominees should demonstrate:
- An outstanding accomplishment that benefited the university
- Extraordinary service to customers
- Exemplary efforts to nurture a climate of care, concern and civility
- Creative innovations to service, process or work tools
