Florida Tech, Northrop Grumman Team Up for STEM

The Northrop Grumman STEM High School Internship program was created to encourage high school students to pursue STEM careers. Northrop Grumman works with Florida Tech and several universities in California to recruit high school students for summer internships with the intent that the students will enroll in a STEM major in college, continue working with Northrop Grumman as a college intern and then be hired permanently when they graduate. They are working to develop a talent pipeline that begins in high school for high-demand STEM careers.
