President T. Dwayne McCay talks with Leadership Brevard Chairman of the Board Josh Field recently at a Lead Brevard class session held in Melbourne. Dr. McCay was a guest speaker for the 2017 class regarding the intersection of arts and education. Leadership Brevard was founded to enhance the civic participation of community leaders within Brevard County, and annually trains dozens of local residents.
