Florida Tech offers a Web page for members of the university community to share tips and information, including ideas for improvement. Located at https://www.fit.edu/audit/anonymous-reporting/#form, the “Anonymous Reporting of Ethics Violations, Compliance Concerns, and Suggestion Box” portal is provided through the Internal Audit Department.
The tool is designed to encourage an ethical, efficient and effective work environment, and is more than just an outlet to report issues of suspected fraud, waste or abuse. Through a series of drop-down menus, users can also provide comments and feedback about areas which could be streamlined and made more efficient and effective.
Feedback may be shared anonymously, if the user wishes.
“This input is important as our university strives to maintain a positive and productive work environment,” said Florida Tech President Dwayne McCay.
