Joni Oglesby, vice president of support services, recently gave a motivational presentation to more than 100 guests at the Melbourne Regional Chamber of East Central Florida’s Women of Excellence meeting. Her presentation was titled, “When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Lemon P.I.E.” P.I.E is Oglesby’s abbreviation to remind people to Prioritize, remember that they are Important, and always Evolve when life presents challenges.
Also recently, Oglesby, a member of the Brevard County chapter of Links, Inc., joined other Links members in helping to educate residents of Melbourne’s Booker T. Washington neighborhood in healthy living lessons. The chapter helped residents participate in a national Links poster content based on the premise, “Get Smart, Get Healthy…Make Health a Habit.”
