

On Nov. 10, Florida Tech signed an agreement with the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. It calls for collaborations between the Polish university and Florida Tech’s industrial/organizational psychology programs and a joint summer institute for executives engaged in Eastern European/U.S. business relations. Richard Griffith, director of Florida Tech’s Institute for Cross-cultural Management and professor of industrial/organizational psychology, leads the effort with Barbara Kozusznik, vice-rector at the University of Silesia.
